These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the v7v platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.
18+ Players Only
v7v is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. Underage access is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one v7v account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Fair Play Obligation
Players are required to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of automated bots, or exploitation of software errors is strictly forbidden.
Terms May Be Updated
v7v reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v7v ("v7v", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of all services offered at v7v.club, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any other wagering or gaming products offered on the platform now or in the future.
By accessing v7v.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use v7v's services.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. v7v operates exclusively as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino gaming services to players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all versions of the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, and any future dedicated application.
v7v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. We further reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion where we have reason to believe a violation of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the document:
- "Account" means the registered player account held with v7v, through which the player accesses platform services.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's v7v account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or reward credited to an account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific conditions.
- "Wager" means any bet, stake, or gaming round placed using real-money or bonus funds on any product offered by v7v.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under v7v's compliance obligations.
- "Platform" means the v7v website, services, software, and all associated digital properties accessible at v7v.club.
Eligibility & Age
Access to v7v's betting and gaming services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any v7v service. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. v7v employs age verification procedures during the KYC process, and any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited into an underage account will be returned to the verified source payment method. No winnings generated by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.
Geographic Eligibility
v7v's primary market is Bangladesh. Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and gaming services is not prohibited under local law at the time of play. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing v7v is lawful in their jurisdiction. v7v accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of applicable local laws.
Competence & Capacity
You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — including v7v's own self-exclusion register — at the time of accessing the platform. Players who have previously self-excluded and attempt to re-register in violation of their exclusion period will have any new accounts closed and any associated funds held pending review.
Single Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one v7v account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, v7v will close all related accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts.
Account Registration
To access v7v's real-money betting and gaming services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
KYC Verification
v7v operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Players may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as well as proof of address and proof of payment method at any point during their account lifecycle. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above the standard threshold. v7v reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on any account until satisfactory KYC documents have been received and approved.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. v7v will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact v7v support immediately via the live chat facility. v7v cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or bKash/Nagad account details change, you must update your profile accordingly. v7v will process withdrawals to the payment method registered on the account at the time of the withdrawal request. v7v cannot be held responsible for failed payments resulting from outdated account information.
Deposits & Withdrawals
v7v supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment methods. All account balances are maintained in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.
Accepted Payment Methods
v7v currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — mobile financial service (MFS)
- Nagad — mobile financial service (MFS)
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
- Upay — mobile wallet
- Visa debit and credit cards
- Mastercard debit and credit cards
Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are available for deposits and withdrawals above specified thresholds. Contact v7v support for bank transfer instructions.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large deposits in accordance with v7v's internal compliance policies. Deposits are credited to the v7v wallet in real time for all supported MFS methods. v7v does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. VIP Gold tier players and above receive priority withdrawal processing.
Withdrawal Restrictions
v7v reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:
- Pending KYC documentation submission or verification
- Active bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements on the account
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violation under investigation
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions associated with the account
- Technical issues affecting the payment processing infrastructure
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering conducted on the v7v platform. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by v7v's trading systems. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is issued. v7v reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed during periods of technical error, manifest odds error, or system malfunction may be voided by v7v. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
Odds & Markets
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to a wager being confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate rapidly and the odds displayed at the time of bet submission may differ from the odds at confirmation. v7v uses best-effort technology to minimise latency, but network delays may occasionally result in odds differences. Where an odds change occurs between submission and acceptance, the system will notify you of the updated odds before the bet is confirmed.
Cricket Betting Rules
Cricket betting on v7v covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major tournaments. For match-winner markets, a match must reach a minimum percentage of scheduled overs to be considered official for settlement purposes. Interrupted or abandoned matches are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or voided if DLS cannot be applied. Specific competition rules are detailed within each market.
Casino & Slot Rules
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game processes conducted in studio environments monitored by independent oversight. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are disclosed within the individual game information panels. v7v does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence certified RNG results. In the event of a discrepancy between the player's display and the game server log, the server log shall be the definitive record.
Prohibited Betting Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and possible permanent ban:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place wagers
- Coordinated betting or collusion between players to exploit market inefficiencies
- Deliberate exploitation of bonus terms, including bonus abuse or bonus scalping across multiple accounts
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or wagering on events where you hold insider information
- Arbitrage betting strategies that guarantee a risk-free profit by exploiting odds discrepancies
- Placing bets via a third party, proxy, or agent on behalf of another person
Bonuses & Promotions
v7v offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general Terms herein and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit + bonus amount, where stated) must be wagered on qualifying games within a specified validity period. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the validity window will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
Eligible Games for Wagering
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games, sports bets, and other products may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are specified within the individual promotion terms. Playing ineligible game types with bonus funds active may result in those wagers not counting towards the wagering requirement.
Bonus Abuse Policy
v7v monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Where a player is found to be opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk or hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or otherwise exploiting the bonus system in bad faith, v7v reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and seek recovery of any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
VIP Loyalty Programme
The v7v VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on accumulated wagering volume over a rolling period. VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account manager access, and exclusive promotional offers — are detailed in the VIP Programme terms available to eligible players. v7v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme or any player's tier status at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Closure
Either the player or v7v may initiate account closure. The procedures and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their v7v account for any reason may do so by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion requests — should specifically state this so that the account is flagged accordingly and the player cannot re-register during the exclusion period.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be stopped, and any attempt to re-register will be blocked. Players on permanent self-exclusion who wish to reconsider after a minimum cooling-off period must contact support and complete a responsible gaming assessment before reinstatement can be considered. v7v-Initiated Closure
v7v reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Court order, legal requirement, or regulatory direction requiring account suspension
Where v7v closes an account due to a verified terms violation, any balance in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no violation is substantiated, the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Liability & Disputes
v7v provides its platform services on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform stability, security, and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to services at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency patches, third-party infrastructure outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v7v's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. v7v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
v7v is not responsible for any loss of winnings or inability to place bets arising from: internet connectivity failures on the player's side; device hardware or software failures; third-party payment provider outages; or any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or acts of god.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a wager, the crediting of funds, or any other account transaction, you must raise a dispute with v7v's customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised outside this window cannot be investigated. To raise a dispute, contact support via live chat and provide your account username, the transaction or bet reference number, the date of the transaction, and a clear description of the issue.
v7v will acknowledge all dispute submissions and provide an initial response within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Complex disputes involving third-party data verification may take up to 14 business days to resolve. v7v's decision on disputes, reached after a reasonable internal review, shall be final and binding.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless v7v, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law; or any content, representation, or claim you make in connection with your use of v7v's services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the v7v platform — including but not limited to the v7v brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of v7v or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of v7v's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
